1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Exempted & Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care items (cosmetics/beauty products), and gift cards.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Flaunt Carthage will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@flauntcarthage.com with clear photographs or a short video showing the issue, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
