1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Transit Time & Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped from our facility.
(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.)
3. Shipping Rates
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden charges or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier’s system.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@flauntcarthage.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your selected carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request a physical mailing address.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Flaunt Carthage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience.
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us at support@flauntcarthage.com so we can assist you.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and family members. If it is still missing, contact us and we will do our best to help you locate it or open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
